Playing his home tournament, his home course, conditions not unlike those in his home state of Washington... it was Pacific sophomore TJ Bordeaux tied for the 36-hole lead at the 2008 Pacific Invitational. Jumping ahead in the final holes of the day to join him at -5 is Michael Buttacavoli of tournament leader Rice. There’s a new player in the field for the Pacific Invitational Golf Tournament at Brookside Country Club, November 4-7.The Stockton Sports Commission has come on board as title sponsor for the Nov. 4-7 event, joining presenting sponsor Ron Berberian, Bank of Agriculture & Commerce and Berberian European Motors. The University of the Pacific golf program announced the field for the 2007 Food 4 Less Pacific Invitational this November 4-7. The 14-team field, headlined by returning champion Brigham Young and the national powerhouses Oregon and UNC Charlotte will compete once again at Brookside Country Club. Read more
