Playing his home tournament, his home course, conditions not unlike those in his home state of Washington... it was Pacific sophomore TJ Bordeaux tied for the 36-hole lead at the 2008 Pacific Invitational. Jumping ahead in the final holes of the day to join him at -5 is Michael Buttacavoli of tournament leader Rice. Buttacavoli has the Owls in prime position going into the final day with a four-stroke lead on Oregon.
